These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of the Konveyit software. This site is owned and operated by BW2Ventures. The Konveyit software is a content creation and delivery software platform. The software provides users the ability to create customized campaigns and messages that can be delivered by text and email.
By using the Konveyit software, you indicate that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions as outlined and agree to abide by them at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on the Konveyit site is the property of BW2Ventures. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of the Konveyit site.
The Konveyit software allows users to upload their own content to the site and include it in their campaigns and messaging. This content maintains the ownership of the individuals that added the content and it is their responsibility that the content they upload maintains all the copyright and rights of use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using the Konveyit software illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

The Konveyit site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

The Konveyit site contains links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices or any third-party website or service linked to the Konveyit site. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party websites before using these sites.
Due to the nature of the Konveyit software, which allows users to create content that includes videos, links, images, documents, and other media, Konveyit is not responsible for the content created and it is the sole responsibility of the user that has created the content.
Limitation of Liability
BW2Ventures and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Konveyit site and software.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using the Konveyit site you indemnify and hold harmless BW2Ventures and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any action, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of the Konveyit site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law
These Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
Changes
These Terms and conditions will be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate the Konveyit site and the way we expect users to behave on our site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our site.

User Content and Conduct Policy
Our users should inform us about content that may violate our user content and conduct policy. Once informed of content that may violate our user content and conduct policy we will perform a review of the content and may take action. Action taken could include restricting access to the content, removal of the content, and suspension or termination of the user account.
We occasionally will update our content and conduct policies. Please check back for updates.
Other people’s personal and confidential information should not be distributed, including credit card numbers, social security numbers, and account passwords, without their permission. For customers that use the site to share patient information, please review our HIPPA guidelines and Privacy Policy to understand your responsibilities in regards to sharing patient information and diagnosis through the Konveyit software. Images and videos of minors should not be part of a users messaging or campaigns without the necessary consent from their legal representation.
Konveyit software and the campaigns and messages created using the software shall not be used to engage in illegal activities or promote illegal activities. This includes the sale of illegal drugs or human trafficking. We will remove content that violates applicable laws.
Malware, virus, or other malicious code shall not be transmitted through the use of the Konveyit software. Do not use Konveyit software, the messages created through the software, or the campaigns distributed by the software for phishing scams.
Konveyit software shall not be used to harass, bully, or threaten others. Users engaged in such behavior including malicious abuse, threats of serious harm, sexualization of a person in an unwanted manner, or any other activity that could be considered harassment, bullying, or threats of a serious nature will have their content removed and may be banned indefinitely from using the Konveyit software. Law enforcement may be contacted in regards to Individuals engaging in such activities on the Konveyit software.
The Konveyit software shall not be used to distribute sexually explicit or pornographic material. The messaging and campaigns created should not drive traffic to commercial pornography sites. Users engaging in such activities shall have the content removed and may have their accounts disabled. If any content is found to show child sexual abuse or presents children in a sexual manner, the content will be removed and the user may be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC)
Konveyit software shall not be used for spam and mass solicitation. Accounts engaged in such activity may have the cost per text message and campaign sent out increase.
Konveyit software shall not be used to send out messages and campaigns that depict violence, death, and gory which is intended to be shocking, sensational, or gratuitous. The software should not be used to encourage others to commit specific acts of violence.
Do not access another user’s account without their permission. Multiple accounts should not be created as an attempt to evade or get around restrictions placed on your account.
